Bio

"The Game" his real name is Paul Leveque. Also wrestled as Jean-Paul Leveque and Terra Ryzin. Triple H's career took a dramatic upward swing when he enlisted the services of his female bodyguard, Chyna. The duo joined forces with Shawn Michaels to form D-Generation X and change the face of the World Wrestling Federation forever. After Shawn took time off for injuries, Triple H asserted himself as a premier superstar by taking over as leader of the faction. But one year later, Triple H went from one of the most popular superstars in the Federation to one of the most hated in a matter of seconds when he turned his back on DX and aligned himself with the Shane McMahon.

Whether or not fans support Triple H, there’s no denying that his career has really taken off since he left DX. Triple H’s actions since he went solo have not made him popular, but they have made him successful, culminating with him capturing the Federation Championship. "The Game" married the bosses daughter and is now back in the WWF after rehabing a knee injury and is Heavyweight Champion of the World(not WWE, this is the old WCW/NWA title).

In 1995 a wrestler who went by the name of Hunter Hearst Helmsley left the WCW to join the WWF. Triple H's first big storyline was with Henry Godwin, a tobacco spitting, sludge shovelling country boy. The fans took very well to the feud of a city slicker being arched enemies with a country bumpkin. What Triple H probably wasn't aware of was that when Godwin defeated his oponents, he covered them in a bucket of slop. In late 1995 Triple H went one on one in a match against Godwin. But this wasn't just an ordinary match, it was a "Hog Pen" match. Now you would think that henry Godwin would feel at home in a mud laden ring, but Triple H caused a major upset when he defeated the country boy 1-2-3.

Duke Dorese was Triple H's next enemy and they squared off in a match where the loser would enter Royal Rumble at number 1 and the winner would enter at numer 30. Dorese ended up with the number 30 position at the Rumble, having defeated Triple H in this match. Even though having been give the number 1 position, Triple H was in the match longer than any other superstar that night, before being tossed out of the ring by Diesel. Triple H was in this match for 48 minutes and 1 second. After this infamous match, Triple H was being noticed by WWF officials like Vince McMahon and being given matches against names like Shawn Michaels (future member of D-Generation X), The Ringmaster otherwise known as Steve Austin, Owen Hart and the British Bulldog.

Triple H was not only given bigger matches, but also a group of female escorts that accompanied him to the ring. One of these escorts was Rena Mero (Sable), the real life wife of Marc Mero. Whenever Triple H lost a match, he became accustomed to taking his anger out on the blonde beauty. Needless to say, this didn't sit to well with Marc "Wildman" Mero.

Up until Wrestlmania of 1996, the Triple H and Wildman fued had only been words, but when Triple H lost a match to the Ultimate Warrior and was about to take it out Sable, Marc Mero arrived at the arena.  So Sable decided that her services would be better used by her husband the Wildman than Triple H. She guided Marc Mero to the Intercontinental Championship. Triple H was yet to wear any WWF gold and was not happy that Sable had helped Mero and not himself to win a championship belt. Triple H thought that if he had his own personal manager, just like Mero, than he would be more likely to get a title shot. So he called on the services of Curt "Mr Perfect" Henning.  This turned out to be a smart move by Triple H, as not only did Henning get him a title shot, but it was a title shot against the "Wildman". Triple H landed his finishing move, the Pedigree, on Mero for the pin and win.  Soon after this, Henning jumped ship from the WWF to the WCW, so Triple H had to find himself a new manager. He chose Goldust's wife, Marlena for the position. Marlena and Triple H parted ways when their efforts didn't pay off. Triple H then decided to have Curtis Hughes as his new manager and escort. Hughes had to leave the business for health reasons.

Triple H had to once again find a new manager. He needed a manager that could protect him from jealous superstrars and their interfering ways. So he chose the female bodybuilder Chyna to be his new manager and also to serve as his bodyguard.  Chyna made sure that Triple H got the title shots that he deserved and led him to win King of the Ring and the European Championship.  Another smart move by Chyna was for Triple H and herself to join forces with Shawn Michaels to create the group D-Generation X.  D-Generation X interfeared in countless matches and was known for their vulgar behaviour. This included cursing, mooning and flipping off the audience, as well as their now infamous slogan "suck it".  Just as all other wrestling posses have, D-Generation X eventually parted ways.  But Triple H didn't let this stop him and went on to defeted names like the Rock, Mick Foley, Vince McMahon, Kurt Angle and countless others.  Triple H then went on to call upon the services of the WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair to make up the group known as Evolution.

In 2006, Triple H reunited with Shawn Michaels as D-Generation X and their first feud was with Vince McMahon.
